  • At JaneMate, we take every customer seriously and are committed to addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.All our products undergo rigorous quality control checks before being sent to customers.
  • If, for any reason, your products arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or a refund.
  • If you have any questions or are dissatisfied with your purchase,please contact us directly。JaneMate provide a simple and easy return and exchange process. 
  • Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.

Order Cancellation:

  • Within 24 hours of purchase,if you decide to cancel your order,you can contact us immediately to initiate a return.We will cancel the order and refund you.
  • If more than 24 hours have passed and the order has not been shipped yet,we will charge a 15% cancellation fee and refund the remaining amount to you.
  • If the order has been shipped,we will not accept cancellation requests.

Exchange & Returns Policy:

  • Returned items must be in their unused condition within 7 days of delivered date with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.

  • JaneMate is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as an address, contact number, or receiver’s name). In this case, we are unable to refund you. 

Return Process:

  • Step 1:Within 7 days of receiving your order,please send an email to service@JaneMate.com with your order number,reason for return,and attached photos for verification.
  • Step 2:Once we receive your return request,our support team will follow up on your request and provide a solution.(We understand your urgency, but please allow us some time to respond.We will get back to you as soon as possible.)
  • Step 3:Place your items back in their original packaging and make sure that they have been in their unused condition within 7 days of delivered date with the original packing.We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Step 4:Deliver your package to a certified carrier.Please make sure to obtain a logistics receipt and tracking code so that we are aware that you are sending the items back to us.

How to Issue a Refund After I Return the Items?

  • Once we receive the returned item,it will take 3 to 7 business days to process your request.The refund will be credited back to your order original payment account as per your request.
  • PayPal refunds may take up to 3 business days to process and appear in your account.Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account.The exact timing of this delay depends on your credit card company.
  • Once the refund process is completed,you will receive a refund confirmation email.

Note: The original shipping fees and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.

Notes On Handling Returns:

  • The product packaging and appearance should remain intact(including packaging fillers and outer packaging bags),and the product accessories, hang tags, invoices,etc.,must be complete.
  • Free gifts(Clearance Products) can not be returned if lost or used,or their price must be deducted.
  • If discounts such as coupons are used when purchasing products,the aforementioned coupon will not be refunded to your account when you initiate a return.If you choose to return the product,we will refund the actual payment you made for the purchased item to your current payment account.


The Return Shipping Fee Bearer:

  • In the following cases: quality problems,the product is sent wrongly,missing accessories,product damage,product with stained,or missing parts;we will bear the shipping cost.Please pay the shipping fee in advance,and we will confirm after receiving the returned item.Once the confirmation is correct,the payment will be refunded to your relevant original account.
  • If you simply do not like the product or there are no quality problems,you need to bear the cost of return.
